We’ve been collaborating with Jim DeKosta for over a year now, starting from when our product was merely an idea. Since then, we’ve navigated through product development, production, and the whole packaging process, including concept, testing, and production. Jim has consistently made things quick and smooth for us. Our journey faced additional hurdles due to the supply chain issues brought on by COVID. Jim once mentioned that in his field, packaging is always the last step in the supply chain. Any hiccups that happen upstream trickle down, so when AUI gets the products ready for packaging, every little delay adds up, making the need to ‘pack and ship’ even more pressing. Honestly, in these wild times with all the unpredictability in supply chains, having someone like Jim and AUI on your side is just the best way to get your product out there.

For years now, we've been collaborating with AUI - Randy, Andrea, and the crew always know how to guide us through tricky situations!
